Return Policy

Did you notice a defect after you bought the furniture? What needs to be done.

Take a picture of a low-quality, damaged item or piece of furniture and send it by e-mail to baldumarkets@gmail.com , along with the contract number and a brief description of the defect, or call the quality department at +37062154137 (opening hours of the quality department on weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00).

We hope that this will help us resolve any inconveniences you may have as quickly as possible. And we will inform you about the decision immediately.

The return of high-quality goods is carried out in accordance with the procedure provided for in Articles 6.228-10 and 6.228-11 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania. Link to the article: LINK

The Buyer has the right to return the product purchased online by notifying the Seller in writing (by e-mail e-baldumarkets@gmail.com specifying the desired return of the product and its order number) no later than 365 (three hundred and sixty-five) days from the date of delivery of the product.
When returning the product, the Buyer must comply with the following conditions:
1. The returned item must be in its original, neat packaging.;
2. The product must not be damaged by the Buyer;
3. The product must be unused and not out of order (undamaged labels, unbroken protective films, etc.) (this clause does not apply in case of return of low-quality goods);
4. The returned item must be in the same package as it was received by the Buyer.;
5. When returning the product, you must provide a purchase document, a warranty card (if any) and fill out the return document.
The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with the return procedure established by this article.
The buyer can deliver the returned product to the specified address himself or send it using the services of a courier of his choice or the Seller. If the goods are returned on the basis of the Buyer’s right to return the goods provided for in these rules, the Buyer shall bear the costs of returning the goods. The Seller’s rates for returning the product are the same as when purchasing the product. When returning an incorrect or substandard product, the Seller undertakes to pick up such product, replace it with a similar product and cover the costs of returning the product. If the Seller does not have a similar product, he is obliged to return the money paid for the product to the Buyer.
The money for the returned goods is always transferred by payment order and only to the payer’s bank account.

Products that were custom-made by the customer, i.e. by changing the size of furniture,making upholstered furniture with a choice of fabric. If this does not match the standard appearance of the product, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Prepayment is non-refundable.

Consumer disputes are settled out of court by the State Consumer Protection Service (12 Goshtauto St., Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt ).
